FOMBLIN® Y LVAC 25/6

Fomblin® Y LVAC 25/6 oil is for use in chemical processes which require inert mechanical vacuum pump oil fluids. Fomblin 25/6 oil is specified by Edwards to meet semiconductor dry pump chemical inert vacuum pump specifications, specifically Edwards QDP40, iQDP40, QDP80, iQDP80, iH80, iH160, iH600, iH1000, iH1800, iH1800HTX.
